Founder support
We are not a recruitment agency. We serve as the founder’s right hand in scaling their workforce. Our teams occupy the awkward space between co-founders only and a fully operational organisation, supporting you from seed to exit. Based on your goals, roadmap, customer needs, and funding, we build and implement talent roadmaps that will gradually insource your functions, save money, and grow your business. Most founders have not dealt with HR work before. We absorb all the noise and admin so you can focus on your vision.
Our typical clients are series A-C startups, not ready for a Chief People Officer but need to grow and look after their people. They’re usually managing all people processes via email, sheets, or Slack and are not sure what policies or systems should be in place. They also can’t sustain recruitment agency costs for much longer. We see this as a great sign that your business is growing and we’d love to help you set the right foundations.
Impartial guidance
We’ll do all the research and attend all demos to help you find what’s right for your startup. That covers everything:
Systems - the best platforms to hire, develop, reward, and manage your employees. We will independently assess top ranking suppliers according to your needs, teams, and budget. We’ll present the final findings off for you to sign off then Luhish will work on the implementation until go-live, supporting your teams until they are fully operational and confident.
Vendors - the best people to support your people, finance, legal, and technical needs until you are ready to insource these functions. We understand that your needs will change as you scale and we will support you from each stage. Approaching your first audit? Let’s build your finance team. Scaling globally? Let’s consider the best legal structure or service to onboard talent. Not ready to hire UX? That’s perfectly fine, we’ll support your CTO in nurturing that relationship.
Policies - drive best practice throughout the organisation. We’ll codify your expectations of each employee from conduct, privacy, performance and more.
Reward - our talent intelligence team conducts regular reward benchmarking to help our clients offer competitive packages to their employees. We also design benefit brochures to be used in recruitment and onboarding.
Programs - culture is at the heart of everything we do. We’re employee-obsessed so founders can be customer-obsessed. We build initiatives that drive inclusion in our clients’ organisation from campus recruitment, mentorship programs, diversity recruiting, culture calendars, and so much more.
